Course Description

The Level 1 Certificate is an accredited QCF qualification based on the National Occupational Standards which outline the expectations employers have of their employees.


The Certificate is comprised of 10 units: - Job and Training Search Skills - Job Application Skills - Presenting Yourself - Interview Skills - Business and Customer Awareness - Problem Solving at Work - Working in a Team - Handling Information at Work - Identifying Processes and Procedures at Work - Setting yourself Targets

Entry Requirements

There are no specific entry requirements. A skills scan will be completed prior to enrolment to ensure the Certificate is the appropriate level qualification for the candidate.
